Dealers must provide an itemized receipt containing the purchase date, along with a redemption form, at the time of the sale. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, but would like to enroll to take advantage of this offer, please ask them to visitaeroplan.com and click on 'Become a member'.
Proof of purchase must accompany the form or it will not be honoured. Aeroplan Miles will be added to your customer's Aeroplan Account within 4-6 weeks of submission. Consumers must submit the appropriate forms to Hunter Douglas by November 15th, 2010. No late submissions will be honoured.
