Recently we had shutters installed in our new home from Village Interiors. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. William ---the owner--- came and measured our windows and explained the product to us. He was very thorough and was willing to answer all of our questions. He had some great ideas for windows that were more difficult to do, but offered us suggestions that were very good.
We had a timeline on our shutters, but it was acknowledged and the product was installed very close to the date that we had discussed. All in all, it was a most satisfying experience, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.
